Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled at no charge any time before they ship. Simply contact us and we will process the cancellation right away.

After Shipment

All products sold by FRO Peptides are for research and laboratory use only and are not for human or veterinary use. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged, as we cannot guarantee the handling, storage, or condition of research materials once they leave our facility. All sales are final once an order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your package is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us at frolongevitycompounds@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date for a lost package). Once a claim is filed with the carrier and we have proof of the claim, we’ll reship your order at no cost to you.

Subscribe & Save

Subscriptions are billed at 10% off the regular price and renew automatically every 1, 2 or 3 months, depending on the frequency you choose at checkout. Each renewal is charged to the card on file and ships the same way as a regular order. Standard shipping rates apply, and orders of $200 or more ship free.

You can skip, pause, reschedule, change the frequency of, or cancel your subscription at any time from your subscription portal, or by emailing us at frolongevitycompounds@gmail.com. Changes have to be made before your next renewal date to apply to that renewal. Discount codes do not apply to subscription renewals. Renewal orders follow the same returns terms as all other orders once they have shipped.

FRO Peptides is not responsible for misuse of products or improper handling after delivery. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
