Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled at no charge any time before they ship. Simply contact us and we will process the cancellation right away.
After Shipment
All products sold by FRO Peptides are for research and laboratory use only and are not for human or veterinary use. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged, as we cannot guarantee the handling, storage, or condition of research materials once they leave our facility. All sales are final once an order has shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at support@fropeptides.com within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Agreement
FRO Peptides is not responsible for misuse of products or improper handling after delivery. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
